Dogligo terms of service

Version 2026-10-22.

These terms are published in English and Swedish (Allmänna villkor). For customers outside Sweden the English version applies; for customers in Sweden the Swedish version applies.

§ 1 Parties and scope

1.1 These terms apply when a business (the "Customer") uses the Dogligo service (the "Service") provided by Erupter AB, Swedish org. no. 559599-6769, Filaregatan 13, 442 34 Kungälv, Sweden (the "Supplier").

1.2 The terms apply to businesses only. Anyone accepting the terms confirms that they are authorised to represent the Customer.

1.3 The data processing agreement is an annex and prevails on matters concerning personal data. Otherwise these terms prevail over other documents, orders and messages.

1.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that everyone the Customer gives access to the Service ("Users") complies with the terms.

§ 2 The Service

2.1 The Service is an administrative and documentation tool for dog daycares, boarding kennels, breeders and similar businesses. The Service does not provide animal care, supervision, veterinary assessment, legal advice or official inspection.

2.2 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Supplier gives no warranties, express or implied, that the Service is error-free or uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose or meets the requirements of the Customer or of any authority.

2.3 The Supplier may change, add and remove features. Material reductions are notified at least 30 days in advance.

2.4 The Service relies on subcontractors for hosting, database, email and AI, among other things. The Supplier is not liable for subcontractors' errors, outages or changed terms.

§ 3 The Customer's responsibility

3.1 The Customer has sole and full responsibility for its business. This includes the animals' care, supervision, safety, feeding, medication, exercise, drop-off and collection, staffing, premises, permits and licences, and contact with dog owners and authorities.

3.2 The Customer is responsible for the information in the Service being correct, complete and up to date, and for checking all information before it is used.

3.3 The Customer must have its own routines that work even if the Service is unavailable, shows errors or lacks information, for example printed medication lists and owners' contact details.

3.4 The Customer is responsible for its login details, its Users' permissions and everything done through the Customer's accounts.

3.5 The Customer may not use the Service in breach of law, for any business other than its own, or in a way that harms the Service or other customers.

§ 4 Medication, health and the animals' safety

4.1 Information about medication, doses, heat, vaccinations, allergies, food, behaviour and health in the Service is the Customer's own record. The Service does not check that it is correct.

4.2 Reminders, warnings, handovers, summaries and notifications are an aid. They may fail to appear, arrive late or be wrong, for example because of outages, incorrect data or errors in the AI features. The Customer must never rely solely on the Service to ensure a dog receives the right medication, food or care at the right time.

4.3 The Service gives no veterinary advice. In case of illness, injury or suspected medication error the Customer must contact a veterinarian and the dog's owner.

4.4 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Supplier is not liable for injury to or loss of animals, personal injury or damage to property arising in the Customer's business, whether or not the damage is connected with information, reminders or features in the Service.

§ 5 AI features

5.1 The Service has features that use artificial intelligence to interpret speech and text, suggest texts, summarise and carry out actions ("AI features").

5.2 AI features may misunderstand instructions, pick the wrong dog or customer, omit information or make information up. The Customer must check everything the AI features suggest or do. Actions that delete or send something require confirmation, and the Customer is responsible for what it confirms.

5.3 Text and speech sent to the AI features are processed by subcontractors that may be located outside the EU/EEA, in accordance with the data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors.

5.4 The Supplier is not liable for content created by the AI features or actions they take on a User's instruction.

§ 6 Compliance checks and official requirements

6.1 The compliance module in the Service supports the Customer's own documentation. It is not an official approval, an interpretation of applicable rules or a guarantee that the Customer meets the requirements of any authority, such as a veterinary office, food safety authority or licensing council.

6.2 Rules change. The Customer is responsible for knowing and complying with applicable laws, regulations and licence conditions in its own country.

6.3 The Supplier is not liable for orders, fines, revoked permits or licences or other consequences of decisions by authorities.

§ 7 Availability, errors and maintenance

7.1 The Supplier aims for the Service to be available around the clock but guarantees no particular availability or response time.

7.2 The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, subcontractor failures, attacks and other events. Planned maintenance is notified where possible.

7.3 The Customer must report errors to the Supplier without delay. The Supplier's only obligation in the event of an error is to try to correct it within a reasonable time. No price reduction, damages or other compensation is payable beyond what follows from § 11.

§ 8 Data, backups and export

8.1 Data the Customer enters belongs to the Customer. The Customer can export all data at any time under Settings.

8.2 The Supplier makes backups according to its subcontractors' routines but does not guarantee that data can be restored. The Customer is responsible for regularly exporting and keeping its own copies.

8.3 The Supplier is not liable for loss or corruption of data, beyond what follows from the data processing agreement and mandatory law.

8.4 The Supplier may use aggregated statistics about how the Service is used to improve it. The statistics cannot be linked to the Customer, dog owners or individuals.

§ 9 Personal data and privacy

9.1 The Customer is the controller of personal data about its clients, dog owners, collectors and staff. The Supplier is the processor under the data processing agreement. The full privacy policy is available in English and Swedish (privacy policy); in short: we process account and usage data to provide the Service, use the subcontractors listed in our sub-processor list, do not sell personal data, and you can request access, correction or deletion at hej@dogligo.elliscale.com.

9.2 The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for the processing and for informing the data subjects.

9.3 The Customer must not enter more personal data than necessary, either in the Service or in the AI features.

§ 10 Price, founder offer, AI allowance and payment

10.1 Free trial: the Supplier may offer a free trial, currently 7 days, without a card. When it ends the Supplier may close the Service until the Customer has chosen to pay.

10.2 Founder offer: the first 100 businesses in each country that order the founder offer pay the founder price shown on that country's page (for example NOK 990, DKK 690, EUR 89 or GBP 79) excluding VAT for the first 12 months. The fee is paid in advance by card or against an invoice with 15 days' payment terms.

10.3 Money-back guarantee: if the Customer terminates the agreement in writing within 30 days of paying for the founder offer, the whole fee is refunded.

10.4 After the first 12 months, and for customers without the founder offer, the price shown on the Dogligo website applies, currently the monthly price shown on each country's page, per business, excluding VAT. There is no commitment period after the founder year.

10.5 The fee includes a monthly AI allowance, currently 500 AI commands and 120 minutes of voice per business. When the allowance is used up, the AI features may be paused until the next month unless the Customer buys an add-on. All other features work as usual. The Supplier may change the allowance with 30 days' notice.

10.6 SMS and other add-ons are charged according to the current price list.

10.7 The Supplier may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The Customer may terminate the agreement before the change takes effect. The price of a paid founder year does not change.

10.8 In case of non-payment the Supplier may, after a reminder, close the Service until payment has been made. Statutory late-payment interest and reminder fees are charged.

10.9 Fees paid are not refunded, beyond what follows from 10.3, including in case of outages, errors or termination during a current period.

10.10 Prices exclude VAT. For business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge rule applies.

§ 11 Limitation of liability

11.1 The Supplier is liable only for direct damage suffered by the Customer because the Supplier has negligently breached these terms.

11.2 The Supplier is never liable for indirect or consequential damage. This includes, among other things, lost profit, lost revenue or customers, business interruption, loss of data, damage to reputation, injury to or loss of animals, claims from dog owners or other third parties, and decisions and fines by authorities.

11.3 The Supplier's total liability in each twelve-month period is limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the Service during the three months immediately preceding the event that caused the damage. During a free trial and for free services the liability is zero.

11.4 The Customer is not entitled to compensation for damage it could have avoided by complying with § 3, § 4 or § 5, for example by checking information or having its own routines.

11.5 The limitations in this section do not apply if the Supplier caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence, nor to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

§ 12 Indemnity

12.1 The Customer shall indemnify the Supplier against all claims, costs and damages, including reasonable legal fees, brought against the Supplier by dog owners, Users, staff, authorities or other third parties in connection with the Customer's business, the Customer's data in the Service or the Customer's use of the Service.

12.2 The Supplier shall notify the Customer of such a claim without delay.

§ 13 Complaints and time limit for claims

13.1 Claims against the Supplier must be made in writing within 30 days of the Customer discovering, or when it should have discovered, the grounds for the claim. Claims made later cannot be pursued.

13.2 Claims can never be made later than six months after the event on which the claim is based.

§ 14 Force majeure

14.1 The Supplier is released from liability and obligations when the agreement cannot be performed because of circumstances beyond the Supplier's control. Examples are outages or failures at subcontractors, power, internet or cloud services, cyber attacks, decisions by authorities, changes in law, export and sanctions decisions, strikes, pandemics, war, fire and natural disasters.

§ 15 Term, termination and suspension

15.1 The agreement runs until further notice. The Customer may terminate it at any time, and it ends at the end of the current payment period.

15.2 The Supplier may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. The Supplier may terminate it with immediate effect if the Customer breaches the terms, fails to pay or misuses the Service, or if law or a decision by an authority requires it.

15.3 The Supplier may immediately suspend the Customer or a User in case of suspected security risk, misuse or breach of law.

15.4 When the agreement has ended, the Customer's data is deleted after 30 days in accordance with the data processing agreement. The Customer is responsible for exporting its data before then.

15.5 The Supplier may discontinue the Service with at least 60 days' notice. The Customer then has the right to export its data.

§ 16 Changes to the terms

16.1 The Supplier may change the terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. A Customer that does not accept the change may terminate the agreement before then. If the Customer uses the Service after the change has taken effect, the new terms apply.

§ 17 Assignment, governing law and disputes

17.1 The Supplier may assign the agreement to another company, for example on a sale of the business or to an affiliated company. The Customer may not assign the agreement without the Supplier's written consent.

17.2 If a provision of the terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.

17.3 The terms and annexes constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

17.4 Swedish law applies to the agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

17.5 Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If the parties do not agree, the dispute shall be settled by the Swedish courts with Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
